Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Bunnell, Florida.

How often do you ship?
We generally ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment (except on weekends), but in some rare cases we may ship every other day.

Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes, two day express shipping via USPS is available as an option during checkout.

When will my order arrive?
The average US domestic order will arrive within four to eight days of payment completion. International orders can range from six to twelve days on average. However, some countries have extensive or inefficient customs offices that can delay the delivery of your order considerably. This makes the prediction of the delivery time of international orders a difficult process. But on average its about eight to fourteen days.

How do I get FREE SHIPPING?
We have a promotion setup to take advantage of FREE SHIPPING. Please keep in mind that the promotion applies to USA customers only.

Alexander Del Rossa apologizes to international customers for not being able to include them in these promotions. We work diligently to open up our business to all countries; however, it's extremely difficult to provide free shipping to all countries when rates vary greatly from country to country.
